Repositioning an estate agent

JLL is a global property company best known for their commercial arm. That’s helping people to buy, sell, lease and manage skyscrapers and the like. But they also have a boutique residential business, that’s rapidly-growing. But not enough people know about this part of the business. So they asked us to develop a consumer-facing brand campaign which would establish their residential offering in its own right – with a particular focus on the urban market.  


The idea centres around “Urban living, your way” to establish JLL as the property company that works around your lifestyle and truly understands the urban market, whether you’re a takeaway addict or a city boy who’s got a sweet home studio. Across press, OOH billboards, digital banners and social media, we devised a playful campaign showing various urban types which we all know only too well.


And it hit the mark, driving website traffic up 58% year-on-year.
